Gujarat Government Alert : ચીનના બાળકોમાં જોવા મળેલી શ્વાસની બિમારીને લઇ રાજ્ય સરકાર સતર્ક બની છે. વાત જાણે એમ છે કે, કેન્દ્રીયઆરોગ્ય મંત્રાલયની સુચના બાદ રાજ્ય સરકાર પણ હવે એક્શનમાં આવી છે. મહત્વનું છે કે, હાલ દેશમાં આ રોગથી કોઈ ખતરો નથી છતા તૈયારીઓ શરુ કરી દેવાઈ છે. રાજ્ય સરકારે હોસ્પિટલમાં જરુરી બેડ, દવાઓ, સાધન સામગ્રી ઉપલબ્ધ કરાવવા સુચના આપી છે. આ સાથે રાજ્યના તમામ ઓક્સિજન પ્લાન્ટની કાર્યક્ષમતા અંગેનો રિપોર્ટ આપવા જણાવાયું છે.


રાજ્ય સરકાર સતર્ક બની

ચીનના બાળકોમાં જોવા મળેલ શ્વાસની બિમારીને લઈ તાજેતરમાં જ કેન્દ્ર સરકારે સાવચેત રહેવા અને જરૂરી પગલાં લેવા કહ્યું હતું. આ દરમિયાન હવે કેન્દ્રીય આરોગ્ય મંત્રાલયની સૂચના બાદ રાજ્ય સરકારે આદેશ આપ્યા છે. જેમાં જરૂરી બેડ, દવાઓ અને ઓક્સિજન સહિતની સામગ્રી તૈયાર રાખવા સૂચના અપાઈ છે. આ સાથે રાજ્યના તમામ ઓક્સિજન પ્લાન્ટની કાર્યક્ષમતા અંગેનો રિપોર્ટ આપવા જણાવાયું તો તમામ હોસ્પિટલમાં ફાયર સેફ્ટી સહિતનું ઓડિટ કરવા આદેશ આપવામાં આવ્યો છે. પૂર્વ તૈયારીના ભાગરૂપે વેન્ટિલેટર, PPE કીટનો સ્ટોક ઉપલબ્ધ રાખવા સૂચના પણ અપાઈ છે.

ગઈકાલે આરોગ્યમંત્રીએ પણ આપ્યું હતું નિવેદન

ચીનમાં ફેલાયેલી રહસ્યમય બીમારીને લઈ આરોગ્ય મંત્રી ઋષિકેશ પટેલે જણાવ્યું હતું કે, ચીનમાં આ બીમારીથી હજુ સુધી કોઈ મૃત્યું નોંધાયું નથી. ગુજરાત કે ભારતના નાગરિકોએ ચિંતા કરવાની જરૂર નથી. કોવિડ સમયે સૌ કોઈ ડરી ગયા છતાં આપત્તતિમાંથી નીકળી ગયા છે. ફરીથી કોઈ આવી આપત્તિ આવે તેમ લાગતું નથી. આપત્તિ આવશે તો પણ એનો સામનો કરવા આપણે સૌ સજ્જ છીએ. ચીનમાં વધુ એક રહસ્યમય બીમારીમાં લોકો સપડાઈ રહ્યા છે. જેમાં ખાસ કરીને બાળકો આ રોગની ચપેટમાં આવી રહ્યા છે. તેવામાં માયકોપ્લાઝ્મા ન્યુમોનિયા અને ઈન્ફલ્યુએન્ઝા ફ્લૂના કેસોને લઈને વર્લ્ડ હેલ્થ ઓર્ગેનાઈઝેશનને પણ ચિંતા વ્યક્ત કરી છે અને ચીન સાથે સંબંધિત માહિતી માંગી છે. બીજી તરફ ભારત સરકાર પણ આ મામલે અત્યારથી જ સતર્કતા દાખવી રહી છે અને આગમચેતીના ભાગરૂપે કાર્યવાહી હાથ ધરી છે.

સ્વાસ્થ્ય મંત્રી મનસુખ માંડવિયાએ શું કહ્યું ?

એક અહેવાલ મુજબકેન્દ્ર સરકારે તમામ રાજ્યો અને કેન્દ્રશાસિત પ્રદેશોને પત્ર લખીને હોસ્પિટલની તૈયારીઓ મામલે જરૂરી દિશા નિર્દેશ કર્યા છે. વધુમાં ચીનમાં બાળકોમાં શ્વસન સંબંધી બિમારી મામલે સરકાર સતત નજર રાખી રહી હોવાનું કેન્દ્રીય સ્વાસ્થ્ય મંત્રી મનસુખ માંડવિયાએ કહ્યું છે. એક બાજુ શિયાળો અને કેટલાક રાજ્યોમાં વરસાદી વાતાવરણ હોવાથી પત્રમાં મંત્રાલયે તમામ રાજ્યના સબંધિત વિભાગને હોસ્પિટલોમાં હાલની આરોગ્ય સેવા પર સતત નિરીક્ષણ કરવા ખાસ જણાવાયું છે. વધુમાં મિશ્રઋતુને ધ્યાને લઇ વિશેષ ધ્યાન આપવા જણાવાયું છે. બીજી તરફ મંત્રાલય દ્વારા હોસ્પિટલમાં કેવી તૈયારી છે તે પણ જણાવવા કહ્યું છે. હોસ્પિટલમાં બેડ, માટે દવાઓ અને રસીઓ, મેડિકલ ઓક્સિજન, એન્ટિબાયોટિક્સ, PPE વગેરેની સુવિધા મામલે પણ જણાવાયુ છે.

ચીનમાં આવેલી નવી બીમારીએ ભારતનું વધાર્યું ટેન્શન, 6 રાજ્યોના લોકોને એલર્ટ રહેવા આપી સલાહ




કોરોના બાદ હવે ચીનમાં એક નવી બીમારી ફેલાઈ રહી છે. આ કારણે મોટી સંખ્યામાં લોકો ન્યુમોનિયા જેવી નવી બીમારીથી પીડિત છે, જેમાં બાળકોની સંખ્યા ઘણી વધારે છે, જોકે હજુ સુધી એ સ્પષ્ટ નથી થયું કે આ નવી બીમારીને કોરોના સાથે કોઈ સંબંધ છે કે નહીં. ચીનમાં આ રોગ ફેલાયા બાદ ભારત સરકાર પણ સાવચેતીના પગલાં લઈ રહી છે. ભારત સરકારે ચીનમાં વકરેલા રોગચાળાને લઇ 6 રાજ્યોમાં એલર્ટ જાહેર કર્યું છે, જેમાં રાજસ્થાન, કર્ણાટક, ગુજરાત, ઉત્તરાખંડ, તમિલનાડુ અને હરિયાણાનો સમાવેશ થાય છે. NCDCના પૂર્વ નિર્દેશક ડૉ. સુજીત સિંહે આ અંગે માહિતી આપતા કહ્યું કે ચીન તરફથી મળેલી માહિતી અંગે શંકા છે, તેથી સાવચેતી માટે એલર્ટ જારી કરવામાં આવ્યું છે. જોવાનું એ રહે છે કે આ પ્રકારનો રોગ અહીં આવ્યો છે કે કેમ? અથવા આ સામાન્ય ન્યુમોનિયાના કેસો છે? શ્વસન સંબંધી રોગ સામાન્ય છે કે તેનું સુગર કનેક્શન? ISDP નેટવર્કને એલર્ટ કરવામાં આવ્યું છે. કેસ સ્ટડી સમુદાયમાં થવો જોઈએ. જો કેસ વધે છે, તો નમૂનાઓ લેવા જોઈએ અને પરીક્ષણ કરવું જોઈએ. H3 N2 અને H1N1 ને બદલે H9N2 નું પણ પરીક્ષણ કરવું જોઈએ. ટેસ્ટથી ખબર પડશે કે તે કેવા પ્રકારની પેટર્ન છે. બિમારી અથવા મૃત્યુદર પણ જોવાની જરૂર છે. અમારી વ્યૂહરચના એ છે કે અમે લેબ અને સર્વેલન્સ દ્વારા નજર રાખીએ.

ચીનમાં બાળકોમાં ન્યુમોનિયાના કેસમાં જબરદસ્ત વધારો થયો છે. આ કારણે, સાવચેતીના પગલા તરીકે, આ રાજ્યોમાં હોસ્પિટલો અને આરોગ્ય કર્મચારીઓને શ્વાસની સમસ્યા સાથે આવતા દર્દીઓને ઝડપી સારવાર કરવા માટે સૂચના આપવામાં આવી છે. કર્ણાટક સરકારે પણ તેના રાજ્યના લોકોને મોસમી ફ્લૂ વિશે જાગૃત રહેવા જણાવ્યું છે. ઉપરાંત, મોસમી ફ્લૂના લક્ષણો, જોખમી પરિબળો અને શું કરવું અને શું ન કરવું તેની યાદી બહાર પાડવામાં આવી છે.

લોકો માટે એડવાઈઝરી જારી કરવામાં આવી છે

લોકોને ખાંસી કે છીંક આવે ત્યારે મોં અને નાક ઢાંકવા, વારંવાર હાથ ધોવા, ચહેરાને સ્પર્શ કરવાનું ટાળવા અને ભીડવાળી જગ્યાએ માસ્ક પહેરવાની સલાહ આપવામાં આવી છે. સ્થાનિક અહેવાલોમાં જણાવવામાં આવ્યું છે કે રાજસ્થાન આરોગ્ય વિભાગ દ્વારા જારી કરાયેલ એડવાઈઝરીમાં કહેવામાં આવ્યું છે કે પરિસ્થિતિ “હાલમાં ચિંતાજનક નથી” પરંતુ તબીબી કર્મચારીઓએ જાગ્રત રહેવું જોઈએ અને ચેપી રોગોના ફેલાવાને રોકવા જોઈએ. રાજસ્થાને કહ્યું કે બાળરોગ એકમો અને તબીબી વિભાગોમાં પૂરતી વ્યવસ્થા થવી જોઈએ.

ગુજરાત અને ઉત્તરાખંડમાં આરોગ્ય વિભાગ એલર્ટ

દરમિયાન, ગુજરાતના આરોગ્ય મંત્રી હૃષિકેશ પટેલે જણાવ્યું હતું કે ચીનની પરિસ્થિતિને ધ્યાનમાં રાખીને, કોવિડ -19 રોગચાળા દરમિયાન બનાવવામાં આવેલ આરોગ્ય સંભાળ માળખાને સાવચેતીના પગલા તરીકે મજબૂત કરવામાં આવી રહ્યું છે. સરકારે અધિકારીઓને તેમની તૈયારીઓની સમીક્ષા કરવા જણાવ્યું છે. તે જ સમયે, ઉત્તરાખંડના આરોગ્ય અધિકારીઓને શ્વસન રોગોના કેસોની દેખરેખ વધારવા માટે સૂચના આપવામાં આવી છે. કારણ કે ઉત્તરાખંડના ત્રણ જિલ્લા ચમોલી, ઉત્તરકાશી અને પિથોરાગઢ ચીનની સરહદને અડીને આવેલા છે. હરિયાણાના આરોગ્ય વિભાગની સૂચનાઓમાં કહેવામાં આવ્યું છે કે જાહેર અથવા ખાનગી હોસ્પિટલોમાં “અસાધારણ શ્વસન રોગો”ના કોઈપણ કેસની તાત્કાલિક જાણ કરવી જોઈએ.

તમિલનાડુમાં રોગનો સામનો કરવાની તૈયારી

તમિલનાડુ પણ તૈયારીઓને વેગ આપવા માટે પગલાં લઈ રહ્યું છે. તેણે સરકારી અને ખાનગી હોસ્પિટલોને પણ સમાન આદેશો આપ્યા છે. રાજ્યના આરોગ્ય વિભાગના એક નિવેદનમાં કહેવામાં આવ્યું છે કે રાજ્યમાં હજુ સુધી બાળકોમાં ન્યુમોનિયાનો કોઈ કેસ નોંધાયો નથી, તેમ છતાં અધિકારીઓને સાવચેતીના પગલા તરીકે તકેદારી રાખવા માટે કહેવામાં આવ્યું છે. કેન્દ્રએ 24 નવેમ્બરના રોજ જણાવ્યું હતું કે ભારત ચીનમાં વર્તમાન ઈન્ફલ્યુએન્ઝા પરિસ્થિતિથી ઉદ્ભવતી કોઈપણ કટોકટી માટે તૈયાર છે અને તે દેશમાં H9N2 ફાટી નીકળવા અને શ્વસન સંબંધી બિમારીના કેસોનું નિરીક્ષણ કરી રહ્યું છે.

રાજ્યમાં આવેલી સ્કૂલોમાં શિક્ષકોની ખાલી જગ્યા ૫૨ જ્યાં સુધી કાયમી ભરતી કરવામાં ન આવે ત્યાં સુધી પ્રવાસી શિક્ષકો દ્વારા અભ્યાસ કરાવવામાં આવતો હતો. જોકે, તાજેતરમાં જ શિક્ષણ વિભાગ દ્વારા પ્રવાસી શિક્ષક યોજના રદ કરી તેના સ્થાને જ્ઞાન સહાયકની નિમણુંક કરવાની જાહેરાત કરવામાં આવી હતી. જ્ઞાન સહાયકની નિમણુંક માટે દ્વીસ્તરીય પરીક્ષાના આધારે પસંદગી કરવાનું નકકી કરાયું હતું અને તેના માટે રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડને પરીક્ષા લેવાની જવાબદારી સોંપવામાં આવી હતી. જેથી રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડ દ્વારા પ્રાથમિક અને માધ્યમિક માટે પરીક્ષાનું આયોજન કરી પરિણામ જાહેર કર્યું હતું. જેના આધારે જ્ઞાન સહાયકની ભરતીની કાર્યવાહી હાથ ધરવામાં આવી હતી.

દરમિયાન, ધોરણ-11 અને 12માં પણ જ્ઞાન સહાયક બનવા માટે રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડ દ્વારા દ્વીસ્તરીય પરીક્ષા લેવામાં આવી છે. આ માટે રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડ દ્વારા મેઈન્સની પરીક્ષા લેવામાં આવીછે, પરંતુ હજુ સુધી તેનું પરિણામ જાહેર કરાયું ન હોવાથી ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિકમાં જ્ઞાન સહાયકની ભરતી થઈ નથી. ધો.11 અને 12ના શિક્ષક માટેની અભિરૂચી કસોટીની પ્રિલિમ પરીક્ષા ગુજરાતી માધ્યમની 6 ઓગસ્ટના રોજ અને હિન્દી તથા અંગ્રેજી માધ્યમની 13 ઓગસ્ટના રોજ લેવામાં આવી હતી.

આ બંને પરીક્ષામાં કુલ 103867 ઉમેદવાર ઉપસ્થિત રહ્યાં હતા. રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડ દ્વારા લેવામાં આવેલી પ્રિલીમ પરીક્ષામાં 70 કે તેથી વધુ ગુણ પ્રાપ્ત કરનાર ઉમેદવારોને મેઈન્સ પસંદ કરવામાં આવ્યાં હતા. મેઈન્સ માટે માટે સમગ્ર રાજ્યના 43933 ઉમેદવારો ઉપસ્થિત રહ્યાં હતા. આ પરીક્ષા રાજ્યના અમદાવાદ શહેર, અમદાવાદ ગ્રામ્ય, રાજકોટ, વડોદરા અને સુરતમાં લેવામાં આવી હતી. પરીક્ષા પુર્ણ થયા બાદ હજુ સુધી તેનું પરિણામ જાહેર કરાયું ન હોવાથી હવે રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડ દ્વારા પરિણામ જાહેર કરવાની કાર્યવાહી હાથ ધરવામાં આવી છે.

ડીપફેક ફ્રોડથી બચવા માટે આ રીતે રહો સાવચેત

• કોઈપણ અજાણી વ્યક્તિને રૂપિયા ટ્રાન્સફર કરતા પહેલા તેની તપાસ કરો.
• તમારી વ્યક્તિગત માહિતી જેમ કે ક્રેડિટ કાર્ડ કે ડેબિટ કાર્ડ, OTP, CVV વગેરે કોઈની સાથે શેર કરવા નહીં.
• સોશિયલ મીડિયા પર તમારું એકાઉન્ટ પ્રાઈવેટ રાખો. જેથી અજાણી વ્યક્તિ તમારા ફોટા કે વિડિયો જોઈ શકે નહીં.
• જો તમારી સાથે સાયબર ફ્રોડ થાય તો www.cybercrime.gov.in પર ફરિયાદ કરો. આ સિવાય તમે 1930 પર કોલ કરીને સંપર્ક કરી શકો છો.

ફૂડ કોર્પોરેશન ઓફ ઈન્ડિયા, 16-20, બારાખંબા લેન, નવી દિલ્હી-110001 અને છેલ્લી તારીખે અથવા તે પહેલાં dgme1.fci@gov.in પર ઈમેલ દ્વારા તેમનું અરજી ફોર્મ પણ સબમિટ કરો. નિયત તારીખ પછી કોઈપણ અરજી સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે નહીં. અરજી ફોર્મ સબમિટ કરવાની અંતિમ તારીખ આ જાહેરાતના પ્રકાશનના 15 દિવસની છે.
